Upon interaction with the client, with respect to the advisory or consultancy service provided by Counttax, in case any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful, unenforceable, or void, then that particular provision is to be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and is not to affect their validity or enforceability of the entire terms and conditions.

Termination:-

Counttax reserves the right of the termination of providing services in case of any violations determined.

Modifications made to the website:-

Our website, Counttax, is continuously updated, and the applicability is deemed effective as soon as the website is updated or any information on the website is updated. We will not inform the user about the changes. It is the duty of the user to continuously check the terms of the service.

Modifications Made to Service:-

Counttax reserves the right to modify or discontinue consultancy services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice of the client with plausible reasoning. Counttax is not to be held liable to the user of any third party for any modification or discontinuation of services.

Counttax reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. The user is to be held responsible for checking the Terms and Conditions before accessing any services. The utilisation of our advisory services is to indicate the acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

Warranty and Limited Liability:-

There is a higher risk for Counttax, for all operators of online systems, that we might be held accountable for the wrongful actions of the Clients. In case one of our clients libels another one of our clients, they cannot blame Counttax . In case any Client uploads any program with a computer virus or transmits illegal or improper information to another user, and this results in damaging the time and resources of our other clients, the libellee is to be held liable and is required to acknowledge the responsibility for their actions.

Although it is the goal of Counttax to provide Clients with reliable and quality systems, there is a chance of errors or system failure from our end. Such errors are inevitable while running an operating system of such size. We cannot make our system available in case we have to acknowledge our mistakes or financial liability in relation to usability problems, system failures or errors, or mistakes or damages of any kind. In order to continue improving our consultancy services, Counttax denies any warranties of the services and states that our liability for any problems connected with the use of our system is strictly limited.
