Refund Policy
At Counttax, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for
our clients. However, we understand that there may be
situations where a refund request arises. Below is our refund
policy, outlining the conditions under which refunds may be
granted.
1. Client-Initiated Refund Requests
• If you request a refund within 4 hours of making a
payment, we will refund 100% of the amount received,
provided that you notify us via email at
counttax.com@gmail.com.
• After 4 hours, no refund will be processed.
• Once your order is assigned to our network of
professionals (including Chartered Accountants,
Company Secretaries, Lawyers, Engineers,
Management Consultants, and other specialists), the
service is considered engaged, and no refund shall be
granted.
• If you fail to respond to emails, calls, or WhatsApp
messages for more than 7 days, your order will be
deemed cancelled, and no refund will be issued under
any circumstances.
• The refund is subject to approval from the assigned
consultant. If a dispute arises between the client and the
consultant, Counttax will not be liable for resolving
such disputes.
By purchasing services from our website,
www.counttax.com , you acknowledge that you have fully
understood the applicable government fees, compliance
requirements, required documents, and any other
conditions necessary to secure your requested registration,
certification, or approval.
• If you fail to provide the necessary documents or
information within 15 days, your service request will be
deemed completed, and you will be required to pay the
remaining balance amount, if applicable.
• Professional services involve time and expertise, and
every consultation or engagement has a cost. No refunds
will be provided based on changes in personal
circumstances, abandoned plans, or delays in regulatory
processing.
2. Refunds Due to Non-Delivery of Services by
Counttax’s Professionals
A refund request may be considered under the following
circumstances:
• If a change in laws or government regulations
prevents the delivery of services, no refund shall be
provided.
• If you have submitted all necessary documents and
qualifications but the assigned professional lacks the
expertise or refuses to proceed, we may reassign your
service request to another expert within our network.
• If, despite reassignment, no professional is able to
deliver the service within 30 days, you may request a
refund by writing to www.counttax.com
• Delays caused by government authorities or
regulators are not grounds for a refund.
• If an application is rejected by government
authorities, no refund shall be provided. If you wish
to reapply, you must:
o Pay 70% of the professional fee again.
o Pay 100% of government fees and any additional
costs (such as travel expenses or miscellaneous
charges).
o Approve a new order request for the revised
application.
Clients understand that any penalties or fees imposed by
government authorities must be borne solely by them, and
Counttax or its professionals shall not be held responsible
for such penalties.
3. Refund Restrictions & Conditions
• If you purchase a service from Counttax, you confirm
that you are not acting as an agent, middleman, or
unregistered legal professional.
• Orders received from third-party intermediaries,
unauthorized professionals, or external consultants
will be considered a violation of platform policies and
shall not be eligible for refunds.
• Once required documents have been shared with you
via email or WhatsApp, no refund will be issued.
• No refund shall be granted due to change of mind,
business abandonment, or perceived delays in the
service process.
• A refund may be considered only if the assigned
professional is unable to perform the agreed service,
and this inability must be confirmed in writing by the
consultant.
4. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed only to the original
payment method used during the transaction. Refunds
will not be issued to any third party under any
circumstances.
• The refund timeline ranges between 30 to 60 working
days, subject to approval from the assigned consultant.
